Cancellation Policy

I strive to provide outstanding service to all clients. In order to maintain the efficiency of my operation & accommodate the needs of all guests, I have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24hrs notice for any and all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellation/No Show: Appointments that are cancelled within 24hrs of the service date or missed entirely, will be subject to a charge equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the client’s account & must be paid before booking any further appointments. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments within the cancellation notice period without incurring any fees. However, repeated rescheduling may result in the application of our cancellation policy. Exceptions: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or sudden illness. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
